How Many Hours Do You Sit Each Day?

If you are anything like the majority of people - in chronic pain, or if you work a 9-5 job - you're probably sitting for a substantial amount of time. Stretching a few minutes each day will help by increasing the overall flexibility in your body as well as relieving lower back pain.

Not to mention, stretching will help in improving your performance at work due to increased blood flow to the body and brain which in turn will help in increasing awareness while decreasing fatigue and stress!

Try stretching for five minutes a day!

Set aside five minutes each day, and find some space on the ground to do these stretches. Focus on deep breathing and being intentional with each movement. Go slow and breathe from your belly. Try to do each stretch 2 to 3 times of 15 reps each. Check out the video below for guides and more info. Enjoy!
